1940 Census Maps

If you are using the 1940 census it might help you to refer to the census maps - for example, if you are looking for neighbors or relatives (locating in-laws can often be helpful).  Ohio County was divided into many areas for purposes of the 1940 census. These areas are called "Enumeration Districts." Each page of the census shows the particular district at the top of the page. The following six maps show the various neighborhoods and communities:
