Note: My friend and fellow Ohio County researcher, Janice Brown, emailed me with more information about Frances. Her grand-parents were Sebastian Frank Kissinger (1837-1931) and Roseannah Slaughter (1845-1931). Frances was the 6th of 9 children (William B.; Rosa Belle; John A.; Andrew M.; Charles P.; Frances; Eliza M.; James Henry; and Ida). I have not been able to identify her husband, other than Shaw being his surname. Note that the Passport refers to a niece (Carmen) with the last name of Shaw.
