I'm pretty sure that this application belongs to Magdalene Rogers, who lived with my great aunt (Ida Boyd Brown Rogers) in a grand old home in downtown Lexington. I noticed you made the same error as this researcher; "Fon Rogers 6 Jul 1872-14 March 1948, married Ida Boyd Brown 18 Feb 1876-1<br />Jun 1976, dau of Samuel Thomas Brown.....Lon had at least 4 children:"<br />Fon's 4 children included Magdelene, Lon B., Lottie Mae and Ida Brown Rogers. You can see the source of confusion. I may be confused still, but pretty sure my "Aunt B" was married to Alfonso (Fon) Rogers and that he was the father of Magdelene. It is interesting that she applied for her passport the year following Lon and Jessie's application, and listed the same countries.<br />This info from: http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/RODGERS/2000-01/0946942485SL Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02006929156204180240noreply@blogger.com
